This Game is intended for viewing and
participation in the United States only and
shall be evaluated and construed in accordance
with the laws of the United States. This Game is
restricted to entrants who are legal residents
of and reside in the 50 United States and
Washington DC and are 18 years of age or over.
“BEEWELL MILES INSTANT WIN” GAME
Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT
IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. HOW TO PLAY: For a chance to win a prize in
the “BeeWell Miles Instant Win” Game (“Game”)
log-on to www.beewellmiles.com (“Web Site”)
between 12:01 am (ET) on July 1, 2008 ("Start
Date") and 11:59 pm (ET) on September 30, 2008
("End Date") (the "Promotion Period") and log-in
using your BeeWell Miles user name and password.
If you are not a registered BeeWell Miles user,
you will need to register for the Web Site
first, and then log-in with your user name and
password. Registration is free. Immediately
after you log-in you will be notified if you
have won a prize, then you can continue to
follow the prompts to log your BeeWell miles.
Limit of one (1) instant win chance at log-in
per 24-hour period, per e-mail address, per
person. Must have valid e-mail address. Free
internet access is available at many public
libraries and schools and free e-mail accounts
are available through a variety of providers.
Must have valid street address, no PO boxes
accepted. These rules may not be reproduced or
reprinted in part or in their entirety without
the express written permission of the sponsor.
2. HOW TO CLAIM PRIZE: If upon logging-in you
received an instant win notification that you
won a prize, you are a winner of the prize noted
on the instant win prize message, subject to
verification. The prize you won will be sent to
the address you entered on your free
registration, prizes cannot be shipped to a PO
Box, you must have valid street address to
receive a prize. Only PureTracks music downloads
will be sent by email to the registered email
address for use online at www.puretracks.com.
3. PRIZES / ODDS OF WINNING: Win one (1) of five
(5) Fitbug memberships including USB
accelerometer and online coaching for 1-year.
Approximate retail Value (ARV): $139.99; Win one
(1) of four (4) pairs of Asics® shoes. (ARV):
$120; Win one (1) of twenty-one (21) $100 Spa
certificates. ARV $100; Win one (1) of
seventy-five (75) BeeWell $50 checks. ARV $50;
Win one (1) of three hundred thirty-eight (338)
BeeWell $20 checks. ARV $20; Win one (1) of one
thousand three hundred sixty-nine (1,369)

Approximate retail value all prizes: $30,667.95.
Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of
entries received and the time at which the
entries are received. Spa prizes awarded in the
form of a BeeWell Product check good in the
amount of the prize ARV at participating
retailers only. No change will be given from
check. Check cannot be cashed or used at any

non-transferable. No prize substitution or
alternative prize will be allowed except as
provided herein. All prizes properly claimed
will be awarded. All prizes may not be awarded
if not enough players play the game. Only five
thousand (5,000) prizes are available for
awarding. Game ends on the date specified or
when all prizes have been awarded whichever
occurs first. Sponsor reserves the right to
substitute a prize of equal or greater value
should an advertised prize be unavailable.
Return of any prize or return of prize as
undeliverable will result in forfeiture of prize
and that prize may become available to another
winner. If an error of any kind causes more than
the intended number of instant prize notices to
be distributed, the prize pool of remaining
prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from
among all remaining prize claimants.
4. ELIGIBILITY: Game open to legal residents of
the fifty (50) United States, including
Washington D.C. (except Puerto Rico) who are 18
years of age or older, including employees of
Bumble Bee Foods, LLC (“Sponsor”). Void outside
the United States and where prohibited by law.
All federal, state and local laws and
regulations apply.
5. GENERAL: Participation in the Game
constitutes entrant's agreement to abide by and
be bound by the rules of the Game and the
judges’ decisions. Except where prohibited,
entry into this Game constitutes permission for
the Sponsor and its designated parties to use,
should they choose to do so, each winner’s name
and likeness for promotion, advertising and
publicity purposes at no additional
compensation. Where permitted by law, winners
agree to grant Sponsor the right to print,
publish, broadcast and use, worldwide in any
media now known or hereafter developed including
but not limited to the world wide web at any
time or times, each winner’s name, portrait,
picture, voice likeness and biographical
information as news or information and for
advertising, trade and promotional purposes
without additional consideration and without
review, notification or approval.
By accepting a prize, each winner waives the
right to assert as a cost of winning said prize,
any and all costs of redemption or travel to
redeem said prize and any and all liability that
might arise from redeeming or seeking said prize
and winner releases Sponsor, its affiliates,
subsidiaries, employees, officers, directors,
and promotion and advertising agencies from any
and all liability, loss or damage, incurred with
respect to the awarding, receipt, possession,
use and/or misuse of any prize or participation
in any prize related activities and acknowledge
that said parties have neither made, nor are in
any manner responsible or liable for, any
warranty, representation or guarantee, express
or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the
prize. Winner will be solely responsible for
paying all applicable federal, state or local
taxes on prize based upon the value of the prize
as set forth in these rules. Anyone who attempts
to defraud Sponsor will be prosecuted and will
result in disqualification and forfeiture of
prize.
6. INTERNET: Sponsor is not responsible for the
failure or unavailability of hardware, software,
electronic communications, interrupted or
unavailable network server or other Internet
connections, miscommunications, failed telephone
or computer transmissions or jumbled, scrambled
or misdirected entries or transmissions, or for
phone, electrical, network, computer hardware or
software or program malfunctions, failures or
difficulties or for other errors, omissions,
interruptions, or deletions of any kind whether
human, mechanical or electronic or for any
damage to any person's computer related to
participating in the Game. Sponsor is not
responsible for illegible, unintelligible, late,
lost or stolen entries or incorrect or
inaccurate entry information, whether caused by
Internet users or by any of the equipment or
programming associated with or utilized in the
Game or by any technical or human errors which
may occur in the processing of any entries in
this Game. Persons found tampering with or
abusing any aspect of the Game, as solely
determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and
may be subject to prosecution. Any entrant who
attempts to play with multiple e-mail addresses,
under multiple identities or uses any other
device or artifice to play multiple times or to
interfere with the proper play of this Game,
will be disqualified from participation in the
Game. If in the judgment of Sponsor, the Game is
compromised by virus, bugs, non-authorized human
intervention or other causes beyond the control
of Sponsor, which corrupts the administration,
security, fairness or proper play of the Game,
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole
discretion to discontinue, suspend, terminate or
modify the Game. In the event of any such
discontinuation, suspension, termination or
modification, any prizes that have not been
awarded will be awarded in a fair and random
manner to be determined by Sponsor following the
discontinuation, suspension, termination or
modification of the Game. Except for Game entry
and personally identifying information which the
winners agree to disclose in the
Publicity/Liability Release, all personally
identifiable information collected during the
entrant's participation in the Game will be
collected and used by Sponsor, its affiliates,
agents and marketers for the proper
administration and fulfillment of the Game, as
described in these Official Rules and in
accordance with the Sponsor's privacy policy at:
http://www.bumblebee.com/privacy.jsp.
7. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE
ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE
OPERATION OF THE GAME IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL
AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE,
THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES
OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S)
RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST
EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
8. In the event of a dispute as to the identity
of a winner based on an e-mail address, the
winning entry will be declared made by the
authorized account holder of the e-mail address
submitted at time of entry. "Authorized account
holder" is defined as the natural person who is
assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet
access provider, on-line service provider or
other organization (e.g., business, educational,
institution, etc.) that is responsible for
assigning e-mail addresses for the domain
associated with the submitted e-mail address.
This Game is subject to all applicable federal,
state and local laws and regulations. The
interpretation of these Official Rules shall be
governed by the laws of the State of California.
Any and all disputes will be resolved in the
appropriate courts in the State of California
exclusively, and subject to the laws of the
State of California. Should there be a conflict
between the laws of the State of California and
any other laws, the conflict will be resolved in
favor of the laws of the State of California. By
entering, entrants consent to the jurisdiction
and venue of the federal, state and local courts
located in San Diego, CA.
9. RULES OR WINNERS LIST: For a copy of the
official rules, download rules from website, or
for a copy of the rules or a list of major prize
winners by mail, send a stamped, self-addressed
#10 envelope to: “BeeWell Instant Win ” Game:
“Winners List” or “Official Rules” PO Box 4856,
Mission Viejo, CA 92690-4856. (VT residents may
omit return postage from rules request).
Requests must be postmarked by September 30,
2008 and received by October 7, 2008. No
mechanically reproduced or photocopied requests
allowed, only one (1) request per outer mailing
envelope. Sponsor is not responsible for any
lost, late, postage due, undelivered or
misdirected request mail.
